This was a talk given at Eng. Aplicações classes, at Univ. of Minho. It focussed mainly on rules and tools used in software development process as part of a development team. I divided the presentation in four major categories:
- Dependency Tracking and Build Systems
- Tracking Changes
- Tracking Issues
- Software Quality Control
Although somewhat orthogonal to these four categories, I stressed the benefits of writing technical and source level documentation, as well as developing in a test-driven mindset.
